These Terms & Conditions govern the photography and studio services provided by Kliko Studio. By booking with us, you agree to the following.

Bookings & payment

• A booking is confirmed only once a retainer/advance is received. The balance is due as stated on your invoice, typically before delivery.
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Travel, accommodation and third-party costs (venues, props, models) are billed at actuals where applicable.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• Advances are non-refundable but may be adjusted against a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the shoot may incur additional charges.
• We will make every effort to reschedule in the rare event of illness or equipment failure on our side.

Delivery

• Edited galleries are delivered within the timeline stated in your package. Sneak-peeks may be shared earlier.
• Final image selection and editing style are at the studio's professional discretion, guided by your brief.

Copyright & usage

• Kliko Studio retains copyright of all images. You receive a personal/commercial usage licence as specified in your package.
• Unless you opt out in writing, we may use selected images for our portfolio, website and social media.
• Images may not be edited, filtered or sold by clients without written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including venue restrictions, weather or guest behaviour.

Studio conduct

For podcast and studio bookings, clients are responsible for equipment care during their session and for vacating on time. Damage caused by misuse may be chargeable.
